Funding Strategy for Growth Projects
Sunbelt plans to seek viable growth projects throughout itʼs service region which need additional funding and where we can bring to the organization an overall reduction in the cost of capital.
Working with the EB-5 foreign investor, we can typically serve the capital needs through structured financing arrangements.
Generally, the EB-5 investor funds would be pooled and loaned to the organization as subordinated debt as part of an overall structured financing package based on the following target schedule.
Each project would be evaluated on itʼs own merits. Factors involved in the decision making process
are job creation, credit worthiness, meeting debt maturity ability, investment risks, targeted
employment area (TEA), and other factors.
