Sunbelt EB-5 Regional Center (Sunbelt) has been
designated
as an Approved “EB-5 Regional Center” by
USCIS, a bureau of
Homeland Security. Sunbelt is only
one of approximately 140
nationally recognized
Centers.
Through the Sunbelt EB-5 Regional Center with offices in Birmingham, Alabama, we are “providing investor capital for economic growth ”. Our focus includes growth industry sector related projects within the geographic region in that Sunbelt will serve.
We believe our growth related projects will not only create new jobs within the communities we serve, but will make a difference in peoples lives.
Sunbeltʼs initial USCIS designation as an EB-5 Regional Center includes all 67 counties in the State of Alabama for the healthcare industry.
Sunbelt plans to seek viable growth projects throughout it’s service region where additional funding is required. Sunbelt believes it can bring that additional funding to the job creating entity and reduce the organizations overall reduction in it’s cost of capital.
Working in partnership with the EB-5 investor, Sunbelt can fill the gap funding required to make a capital project viable.
